The share capital is divided into 1,000 registered shares with a nominal value of CZK 2,000 each and is fully paid up. Alongside the Czech founders, the shareholders include partners from the United States — among them partners with their own American restaurant experience — and further American investors are joining the group. The group owns the US company Ctrl AI, Inc.
On 28 December 2018 the company completed a cross-border merger with the Slovak company Plus Inštitút s.r.o.; Quest Group a.s. is the successor company.
